Blush Medical Aesthetics Membership & Subscription Terms
These terms apply to all Blush Medical Aesthetics membership and subscription plans. By purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms alongside our general Terms & Conditions, Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy and any relevant treatment consent and aftercare information.
1. Membership eligibility and clinical suitability
Memberships are available to clients aged 18 or over.
Membership does not guarantee that any particular treatment will be suitable or clinically appropriate for you.
All treatments remain subject to consultation, medical assessment, prescribing requirements where applicable, informed consent and the professional judgement of your treating practitioner.
Where a practitioner considers a treatment unsuitable, unsafe or not clinically indicated, Blush Medical Aesthetics reserves the right not to provide that treatment.
Where appropriate, alternative treatment options or use of available membership credit may be discussed.
2. Payments
Membership payments are collected using the payment method provided at the time of purchase.
It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details remain valid and that sufficient funds are available.
If a payment fails, Blush Medical Aesthetics may temporarily suspend access to membership benefits until the outstanding payment has been successfully collected.
Repeated failed payments may result in suspension or termination of the membership.
3. Booking appointments
Membership does not guarantee appointment availability.
Appointments remain subject to our standard booking and Cancellation Policy.
Any late cancellation, rescheduling or non-attendance charges applicable under our Cancellation Policy will continue to apply to membership clients.
Membership credit or treatment entitlement cannot normally be used to cover cancellation or non-attendance charges unless agreed by Blush Medical Aesthetics.
4. Treatment outcomes
Aesthetic treatments cannot guarantee a particular result.
Treatment response, longevity and outcome vary between individuals.
Membership treatment entitlement relates to the provision of treatment where clinically appropriate and does not constitute a guarantee of a particular aesthetic outcome.
5. Discounts and promotional benefits
Membership discounts apply only to eligible treatments and products specified as part of the membership.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, membership discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, package price or special offer.
Membership benefits are personal to the named member and cannot be transferred, exchanged or resold.
6. Complimentary treatments
Any complimentary treatment included within a membership remains subject to consultation, clinical suitability and appointment availability.
Complimentary treatments have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Where a complimentary treatment is unsuitable, Blush Medical Aesthetics may, at its discretion, offer an appropriate alternative but is not obliged to provide a cash equivalent.
7. Changes to memberships
Blush Medical Aesthetics may occasionally need to make reasonable changes to membership benefits, treatment availability or administrative arrangements.
Where a change materially affects an existing member, reasonable notice will be provided wherever possible.
Any changes will be made fairly and will not affect treatment or credit already accrued unless this is unavoidable for clinical, regulatory or safety reasons.
The Smooth Operator
£78 per month
The Smooth Operator begins with a minimum 12-month term.
The total cost of the initial 12-month term is £936, payable as 12 monthly instalments of £78.
By purchasing this membership, you are committing to the full initial 12-month term.
After the initial 12-month term, your membership will automatically continue on a rolling monthly basis at £78 per month unless and until you cancel.
What is included
During the membership, you will be entitled to:
- Four anti-wrinkle treatment appointments covering up to three agreed treatment areas during each 12-month membership period, subject to clinical suitability.
- A review approximately 2–3 weeks after each treatment where clinically appropriate.
- 10% off eligible AlumierMD skincare products.
- 10% off eligible in-clinic treatments.
- One complimentary microneedling treatment during each continuous 12-month membership period, currently valued at £160.
Accruing treatment entitlement
A minimum of three successful monthly payments must have been made before your first anti-wrinkle treatment appointment can be booked.
Your monthly membership payments contribute towards your treatment entitlement.
Further treatment appointments must be appropriately spaced for clinical and prescribing reasons.
Payment of the membership fee does not override clinical guidance regarding treatment frequency and does not guarantee that treatment will be clinically appropriate.
Anti-wrinkle treatment
Anti-wrinkle treatment is a prescription-only medical treatment and will only be provided where it is considered clinically appropriate following the required consultation and prescribing process.
The membership does not provide an automatic right to receive treatment.
If treatment is temporarily unsuitable, your practitioner will discuss the appropriate next steps with you.
Reviews
Review appointments are normally offered approximately 2–3 weeks following treatment where clinically appropriate.
A review does not automatically include additional product. Any adjustment will be based on clinical assessment and practitioner judgement.
Reviews booked outside the recommended review period may not be eligible for complimentary adjustment.
Unused treatment entitlement
Treatment entitlement should be used while the membership remains active.
Appointments remain subject to clinical suitability and availability, so members are encouraged not to leave all remaining treatments until the end of a membership period.
Where the membership continues beyond the initial 12 months on a rolling monthly basis, treatment entitlement will continue in accordance with the membership.
When the membership is cancelled, any unused entitlement will be dealt with in accordance with the membership terms applicable at the date of cancellation.
Cancelling during the initial 12-month term
The Smooth Operator has a minimum initial commitment of 12 months.
During the initial 12-month period, the membership cannot ordinarily be cancelled early simply because you no longer wish to receive treatment.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Where early cancellation is requested due to pregnancy, significant illness, a medical contraindication, relocation or another exceptional circumstance, Blush Medical Aesthetics may review the request on an individual basis.
Where treatment or other membership benefits have already been received, any outstanding balance will take into account the value of benefits already provided and the membership payments already made.
Membership after the initial 12 months
After your initial 12-month term has been completed, The Smooth Operator will automatically continue as a rolling monthly membership.
Your usual monthly payment of £78 will continue to be collected and your membership benefits will continue unless and until the membership is cancelled.
You may cancel the rolling membership by contacting Blush Medical Aesthetics.
We require 7 days' notice before your next scheduled payment date if you wish to prevent that payment from being collected.
Where cancellation is requested less than seven days before your next payment date, that payment may still be processed.
Treatment received before cancellation
Because treatment entitlement is funded through ongoing monthly membership payments, there may be occasions where a member receives treatment before sufficient membership payments have accrued to cover the cost of that treatment.
If you cancel your membership after receiving treatment and the cost of the treatment received exceeds the amount you have accrued through your membership payments at that point, you will be required to pay the outstanding difference.
Any outstanding amount will be calculated by deducting the value already accrued through your membership from the cost of the treatment received.
Blush Medical Aesthetics will confirm any outstanding balance before payment is collected.
This provision is intended to ensure that treatment funded by future membership payments cannot be received and then left unpaid following cancellation.
The Blush Club
£100 per month
The Blush Club is an ongoing monthly membership designed to allow clients to build treatment credit while receiving additional membership benefits.
For each successful monthly payment of £100, Blush Medical Aesthetics will add £110 of treatment credit to your membership account.
Membership benefits
Members receive:
- £110 treatment credit for every successful £100 monthly payment.
- One complimentary microneedling facial, currently valued at £160.
- 10% off eligible AlumierMD skincare products.
- Priority access to selected last-minute appointment slots.
- Priority access to selected events and private member offers.
Priority access means members may be informed before the wider client base. It does not guarantee availability.
Membership credit
Credit may only be used against eligible treatments provided by Blush Medical Aesthetics.
Membership credit:
- has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn as cash;
- cannot be transferred or sold to another person;
- cannot normally be used to purchase gift vouchers;
- cannot be used towards cancellation or non-attendance charges;
- may only be used where the relevant treatment remains available and clinically appropriate.
Unused credit will roll forward while the membership remains active.
Credit after cancellation
If you cancel your Blush Club membership, any remaining membership credit must be used within six months of the membership ending.
Any credit remaining after six months will expire.
Complimentary microneedling treatment
Members become eligible for their complimentary microneedling treatment after two successful monthly membership payments have been made.
The complimentary treatment may be redeemed once during each continuous 12-month membership period and remains subject to consultation and clinical suitability.
It cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with another promotional offer.
If the membership is cancelled before two successful monthly payments have been completed, the complimentary microneedling treatment will not become available.
Pausing The Blush Club
The Blush Club may be paused in appropriate circumstances, subject to agreement with Blush Medical Aesthetics.
A membership pause may be appropriate in circumstances including pregnancy, significant illness, surgery, prolonged medical treatment or another reasonable period during which the member is unable to use their membership.
No membership payment will be collected during an agreed pause and no additional membership credit or benefits will accrue during that period.
Existing credit will remain on the member's account during the agreed pause.
The six-month post-cancellation credit period will not begin unless the membership is subsequently cancelled.
Blush Medical Aesthetics may agree the duration of a pause depending on the individual circumstances.
Cancelling The Blush Club
The Blush Club is an ongoing monthly membership.
Members may cancel by contacting Blush Medical Aesthetics.
We require 7 days' notice before your next scheduled payment date if you wish to prevent that payment from being collected.
Where cancellation is requested less than seven days before the next payment date, that payment may still be processed and the corresponding membership credit will be added to your account.
Once cancellation takes effect, no further membership payments will be collected.
Any remaining membership credit must be redeemed within six months of the membership ending, after which it will expire.
Membership-only discounts, priority access and other ongoing benefits will end when the membership ends.
Cooling-off and online purchases
Where a membership is purchased online, by telephone or away from the clinic premises, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of entering into the contract.
If you ask Blush Medical Aesthetics to begin providing membership services or benefits during this period and then subsequently exercise your right to cancel, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services or benefits already supplied.
Where appropriate, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
Failed or missed payments
Where a membership payment is unsuccessful:
- access to new membership benefits may be temporarily suspended;
- new treatment appointments relying upon unpaid membership credit or entitlement may not be booked;
- Blush Medical Aesthetics may contact you to arrange payment;
- membership may be terminated following repeated unsuccessful payment attempts.
Any credit already legitimately purchased by you will be dealt with in accordance with the relevant membership terms.
Ending a membership by Blush Medical Aesthetics
Blush Medical Aesthetics may suspend or end a membership where:
- payments remain outstanding;
- a client behaves abusively, threateningly or inappropriately towards staff;
- membership benefits are misused;
- fraudulent activity is suspected or identified;
- continuing the membership would create a clinical, regulatory or safety concern.
Where Blush Medical Aesthetics terminates a membership other than because of client breach, any unused client-funded credit or prepaid entitlement will be dealt with fairly and proportionately.
Complaints and privacy
Any complaint relating to a membership, payment or treatment will be handled in accordance with our Complaints Policy.
Personal and payment information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.
Nothing within these Membership & Subscription Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
