A minimum of three successful monthly payments must have been made before your first anti-wrinkle treatment appointment can be booked.

Your monthly membership payments contribute towards your treatment entitlement.

Further treatment appointments must be appropriately spaced for clinical and prescribing reasons.

Payment of the membership fee does not override clinical guidance regarding treatment frequency and does not guarantee that treatment will be clinically appropriate.

Anti-wrinkle treatment is a prescription-only medical treatment and will only be provided where it is considered clinically appropriate following the required consultation and prescribing process.

The membership does not provide an automatic right to receive treatment.

If treatment is temporarily unsuitable, your practitioner will discuss the appropriate next steps with you.

Review appointments are normally offered approximately 2–3 weeks following treatment where clinically appropriate.

A review does not automatically include additional product. Any adjustment will be based on clinical assessment and practitioner judgement.

Reviews booked outside the recommended review period may not be eligible for complimentary adjustment.

Treatment entitlement should be used while the membership remains active.

Appointments remain subject to clinical suitability and availability, so members are encouraged not to leave all remaining treatments until the end of a membership period.

Where the membership continues beyond the initial 12 months on a rolling monthly basis, treatment entitlement will continue in accordance with the membership.

When the membership is cancelled, any unused entitlement will be dealt with in accordance with the membership terms applicable at the date of cancellation.

The Smooth Operator has a minimum initial commitment of 12 months.

During the initial 12-month period, the membership cannot ordinarily be cancelled early simply because you no longer wish to receive treatment.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Where early cancellation is requested due to pregnancy, significant illness, a medical contraindication, relocation or another exceptional circumstance, Blush Medical Aesthetics may review the request on an individual basis.

Where treatment or other membership benefits have already been received, any outstanding balance will take into account the value of benefits already provided and the membership payments already made.

After your initial 12-month term has been completed, The Smooth Operator will automatically continue as a rolling monthly membership.

Your usual monthly payment of £78 will continue to be collected and your membership benefits will continue unless and until the membership is cancelled.

You may cancel the rolling membership by contacting Blush Medical Aesthetics.

We require 7 days' notice before your next scheduled payment date if you wish to prevent that payment from being collected.

Where cancellation is requested less than seven days before your next payment date, that payment may still be processed.

Because treatment entitlement is funded through ongoing monthly membership payments, there may be occasions where a member receives treatment before sufficient membership payments have accrued to cover the cost of that treatment.

If you cancel your membership after receiving treatment and the cost of the treatment received exceeds the amount you have accrued through your membership payments at that point, you will be required to pay the outstanding difference.

Any outstanding amount will be calculated by deducting the value already accrued through your membership from the cost of the treatment received.

Blush Medical Aesthetics will confirm any outstanding balance before payment is collected.

This provision is intended to ensure that treatment funded by future membership payments cannot be received and then left unpaid following cancellation.
